FAQs

All classes are suitable for beginners except Dynamic Flow. 
All classes would involve sitting on the ground and being able to move into a standing position. You can contact Rosie with any questions around class suitability: rosie@theyoganook.ie

Rosie also provides 1:1s if you feel you need more personalised care.

Yes! There’s parking in the driveway as well as the layby just below the entrance to the property. 

Comfy is the priority and also layers as you get warmer/cooler during your practice. Top tip: bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end.

Preferably yes, however, there are a few spares if you don’t own one.
