I understand that every pregnancy is different, and I take the time to listen and personalise each session to meet your individual needs.
Whether you’re in the second or third semester of pregnancy, my focus is on creating a space where you can completely let go, allowing your body to relax and recharge. Pregnancy is a beautiful, but often challenging, experience, and I’m here to make it just that little bit easier for you.

I offer a 75-minute session, which gives us enough time to really focus on areas that need attention. This isn’t a rushed treatment—during these sessions, I make sure to move at a pace that’s right for you, with a gentle, soothing approach that helps your body release tension.
Whether it’s lower back pain, shoulder stiffness, or swollen feet, we’ll have the time to address it fully, helping you leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more in tune with your body. By giving yourself that extra bit of time, you’ll also enjoy the mental relaxation that comes with a longer session, helping to ease not just physical tension but emotional stress too.
