Embodiment Journal
Having a separate journal for the next 8 weeks can be really helpful. My recommendation is not to get a fancy one as it can be easier to become precious about wanting to keep it neat and tidy!
WEEK 8: INTEGRATE
We made it!
And it might not have gone how we expected – that’s all a part of the journey.
Although this is ‘Integration Week’, you probably already know that the integrating piece unfurls long after the end of this immersion. However, it’s lovely to give time and space to acknowledging the journey you and body have gone on together these past two months.
I like to think of integration as a type of steeping in the richness of what you’ve gathered – an embodied tea!
Taking the time to pause, gather up the learnings and aha-moments you’ve had with your body over the weeks, and stay with them for a while!
