Your yoga guide
I’m Rosie, a yoga guide with a soft, gentle yet encouraging approach. I was drawn to this form of yoga when my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. I travelled to the UK, and under the expert guidance of Jude Mills and Richard Harding, completed a 95 HR Yoga Certificate for Those Living with Cancer. It is an incredible honour to be able to offer my students solace and hope during treatments, and post treatment and really see the wonderful effects that yoga offers for people living with cancer.
Why these session might be of help
Here are some benefits of yoga for those living with cancer:

These practices are adapted to accommodate different levels of mobility and energy, providing relief from symptoms such as pain, stiffness, and fatigue.
Emotional Support and Stress Reduction
Coping with cancer can be emotionally challenging, and yoga provides valuable tools for managing stress, anxiety, and depression. Mindfulness practices, breathing techniques, and meditation help individuals cultivate a sense of calm and inner peace, fostering emotional resilience and well-being.
