Parent + Smallies Sessions

This is a mutually enjoyably space for parent and smallies.

You might be finding that many Parent & Baby/Toddler Classes have the emphasis all on little one. 
After running these sessions for four years now, I have seen the benefit in really nurturing you, the parent, because you’re the one who’s maybe frazzled, tired, or needs support and reassurance. 

So if you’re looking for a space to move, finding a bit of calm, have a chat and cup of tea – where you’re little one is engaged and really welcome (no matter their form on the morning) – this might be the spot for you.

“The Yoga Nook holds such wonderful memories for me as I attended classes with my newborn. 

He was a very unsettled baby and the classes were a chance for me to get to chat to other mums while getting in some movement. I still now attend the Flow classes and Rosie caters to everyone, if she feels like someone in the class is struggling she will slow it down a little and she’s always checking in with her class members at the start and end of class.

Who can join?

6wks* – 3yrs

* Birth mothers need to be cleared for gentle postpartum exercise. This tends to be anywhere from 6-12 weeks, depending on how postpartum recovery is going for you.

Non-birth mothers, dads, and any guardians are so welcome to join in this inclusive space.

If you have twins and would like to attend with another pair of helping hands please email me for twin rates.

Summer Term Starts 7th MAy

Our Mum and Baby/ Toddler Yoga classes provide a nurturing and inclusive space for parents to bond with their babies, prioritise self-care, and connect with a supportive community. Led by an experienced teacher with a passion for postnatal wellness, Rosie’s classes focus on gentle yoga practices, baby bonding, and mindfulness techniques to help you through the journey of parenthood.

physical recovery

Mum and Baby Yoga classes offer gentle yet effective exercises to support postpartum physical recovery. These practices help mothers regain strength in the core and pelvic floor muscles, promoting healing and alleviating discomfort commonly experienced after childbirth.

Little by little, you will cultivate compassion, patience and kindness towards yourself. And this authentic modelling will is a powerful method of showing children to prioritise their own self-care in years to come!

In our studio, you’ll find a circle of like-minded parents who understand the joys and challenges of the early months and years. These classes foster meaningful connections, allowing you all to share stories, laughter, and experiences in a supportive environment.
