8 weeks of somatic strength, grace and natural movement
Your Online Somatic Strength Adventure Begins
18th March

Through somatic practices, you’ll learn to connect deeply with your body, its needs, and move in ways that create shifts in your life!
The modern world keeps us boxed in:
- Flat out of connection with your soulful body
- Sitting at desks
- Staring at screens
- Following rigid exercise routines
BUT WHAT IF YOUR BODY COULD LEAD THE WAY?
What if you could rediscover the strength, grace, and ease that comes naturally to a body in motion?
This course invites you to do just that.
With playful, intuitive, and natural movement practices, reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
Mobility isn’t just about stretching or strength — it’s about learning to move in a way that feels fluid, joyful, and entirely your own.
Who Is This For?
This course is for women who:
✓ Feels stiff, tight, or disconnected from their body.
✓ Wants to build strength without following rigid or repetitive workouts.
✓ Is curious about exploring movement beyond traditional exercise.
✓ Longs to feel more capable, graceful, and free in their daily life.
Strong, Embodied Woman line up
This is for the women who crave movement that feels alive.
For those ready to build strength, not just in their muscles, but in their presence, their resilience, their trust in their own bodies.
- AM Strengthen (45 mins): strength training (with dumbbells) and mobility play
- PM Soften (50 mins): slow, rooted flows with and intuitive movement with music, poetry and meditations
- Weekly meditation: steady practices to feel rooted, calm, and connected to your body.
- Journal prompts: specifically to broaden and deepen that beautiful intuition of yours.
- 1:1s with Rosie: this space for you to shake things up, listen to your wild wisdom, and step into your power. No more playing small.
You think of yourself as fragile, but you are, in fact, strong.
You sometimes feel alone, but you are, in truth, connected through Spirit to all beings.
Believe in this connection. Believe in yourself.

These mini-weekly check-ins quickly have become a firm favourite in previous immersions. Whatever being a strong, embodied woman means to you – we’ll break free from old patterns, listen to your body’s deep knowing, and go after what sets your heart on fire! Here’s what that looks like:- Focus on what lights you up and uncover how you can bring more of that into your everyday life, one step at a time.
- Break down what’s been swirling in your head, so you can figure out what’s really going on and where to start.
- Really tune into your body through somatic inquiry.
- Explore what you’ve been wanting to create, say, or share, and map out small, doable steps to make it happen.
- Look at the life changes or challenges you’re navigating and figure out what you need to handle them with more ease and confidence.
- Get clear on where you need boundaries—whether it’s in relationships, work, or your own time—and practice ways to set them that feel doable.
