Consistency, Safety & Presence are key when working to bring healing to the Nervous System.

We’ll begin our time together with a native tea made with hand foraged Nervous System Nourishing herbs followed by a gentle movement practice to release stored tension from the body, exploring movement & somatic practices that invite us into deeper intimacy with the Body.

Iarla will lead us in a Breathwork (Pranayama) practice focusing on conscious breath using therapeutic & functional breathing techniques to soothe & strengthen the mind, body & nervous system.

We’ll close our time with a Gentle & Restorative Sound Bath – preparing the body for a night of deep rest & renewal.

Conscious Breathwork helps the body & mind to soften, open and more deeply receive the benefits of the Sound Frequency.

The ancient art of sound healing is rapidly developing into a new science. There is now a mass of research into the healing benefits of sound. Ancient cultures have known about the benefits of vibrational and sound healing since the beginning of time – using the power of sound to heal. Today we use advanced scientific monitors to study brain and autonomic nervous system function-this allows us to watch how specifically tuned sound frequencies can change brainwave states of consciousness and balance the nervous system for healing.

The combination of Sound Healing and Breathwork can bring deep nourishment to the Nervous System – helping to reduce Stress Hormones and stored tension in the body. Improve Concentration, Sleep Disorders, Low Mood, Strengthening Respiratory Function & the Immune System.

We’d love to see you there,

Naoise & Iarla
