Tuesdays (Term starTs 29th oct)

Parent and baby 10-11:15am

Your weekly self-care outing with your little one:
🌿 Connect with a lovely community of parents in a supportive setting.
Focus on relaxation, gentle stretching, and postpartum-friendly exercises.

☕ Class ends with tea, homemade plant-based treats, and chats.
P.S. Your baby is welcome, regardless of their form on the morning! 🙂

Pregnancy Yoga 7-8pm

𖦹 Help relieve aches and tension
𖦹 Mindful movement and breathing techniques for a positive birthing experience
𖦹 Build strength, flexibility, and connection to little one

Suitable for 12+ weeks

Yin 8:30-9:30pm

Gentle yoga for those needing to fully unwind and relax at the very end of the day. These longer-held, mostly floor-based poses focus on the deeper connective tissues and can reverse the harmful effects of negative stress on the nervous system.

Wednesdays (Term starts 30th OCT)

 

PARENT AND MOVERS: 9:45-10:45am 

 

A fun class for crawlers, wobblers, and walkers to mingle while mothers unwind with a yoga flow, meditation and relaxation. Tea, plant-based treats, and chats afterwards 🙂 

 Flow 6:30-7:30pm

Discover stress relief, improved mobility, community, and a welcoming space to be at ease.
 
We explore movement, breath, and mindfulness to harbour presence and create space in the mind and body.

 Dynamic Flow 8:30-9:30pm

Movement, breath, and mindfulness designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus.
Dynamic flows and “playtime” to try out new poses will have you both energized and centered.
Suitable for those looking for a more heated flow (but never skipping on savasana!).
