NEW TERM STARTS 4TH MARCH
Tuesdays
KIDS YOGA 4:30-5:15 pm
A joyful term for children between 4-9 and includes movement, breathing, relaxation, meditation, and storytelling. Yoga teaches children in a playful way how to concentrate, increase self-confidence, and improve their motor skills. These sessions can be helpful to relieve stress and worries. But above all, yoga for children is a lot of fun.
8 week term – no class 15th Apr
YIN 8:30-9:30 pm
Gentle yoga for those needing to fully unwind and relax at the very end of the day. These longer-held, mostly floor-based poses focus on the deeper connective tissues and can reverse the harmful effects of negative stress on the nervous system.
8 week term – no class 16th Apr

ABOUT BETHAN
I’m Bethan, I’ve spent my life dancing and performing, a yearning to create is a part of my being. Being trained in classical ballet and then moving into the raw nature of training in the stanislavski method of acting have melding into a deep interest in the mind and body connection. That what we live and experience lives deeply within our physical bodies, and how we move informs the way we can be in this world. I began to teach ballet in 2017 and fell in love with how fluid our bodies are, that with a nurturing environment, they have the beautiful ability to heal and adapt and grow. Movement empowers us, and so in 2018 I completed my barre training with The Barre Collective in London to help me broaden my offerings away from the dance world, to make the benefits of moving like a dancer accessible for everyone.
I left the world of teaching and moved to Ireland and became a chemical-free vegetable grower, living with the land brought a sense of peace in my soul and I became a mother. I find myself now, curious in my new relationship with my body and self, and wanting to facilitate movement again. And so I am welcoming my invitation from Rosie into the dome with gratitude and excitement to bring two new classes into the space.
Kindly outline in the checkout page notes which class you’d like to attend.
