SETTLE INTO SOMATICS

Here is an entryway into the world of somatics.
For this immersion, pick up any sort of notebook you’d like. This will be your Embodiment Journal; a place where you can explore this journey through the body.

The first session in store can be done at any time of day. Each session the intro video will break down what we’ll be exploring and any further resources you’ll need be it video, images, prompts, will be included underneath. 

I know it’s the small practices that often get overlooked the most.
However, this is somatic noticing at its core.

Grab a journal or a notes section in your phone and set the intention to commit to The Feelings Wheel practice for a fortnight. 

Your voice vibrates – it can harnesses energetic frequencies. And tapping into this, you can create choice and agency in your life.

I want to invite you to sing this week.

To use those beautiful chords of yours to create the energy within and around you.

What are you seeking to cultivate this fortnight?

For myself, I’m craving playfulness, to feel joyful, to let the sun in. And with that joy, I am owning my self-worth, looking for it in the only place that matters – within myself.
