What's on at The Yoga Nook?

Tuesdays (Term starts 3rd sept)

 

Yin Fusion 8:30-9:30pm

Flowing sequences to find space and ease in the body and mind, followed by the passive poses of yin. These longer-held, mostly floor-based poses focus on the deeper connective tissues and can reverse the harmful effects of negative stress on the nervous system.

Wednesdays (Term starts 4th sept)

 
Parent + Movers: 9:45-10:45am 
A fun class for crawlers, wobblers, and walkers to mingle while mothers unwind with a slow flow, meditation and relaxation. Tea, plant-based treats, and chats afterwards 🙂 

 Flow 6:30-7:30pm

 Dynamic Flow 8:30-9:30pm

Movement, breath, and mindfulness designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus.
Dynamic flows and “playtime” to try out new poses will have you both energized and centered.
Suitable for those looking for a more heated flow (but never skipping on savasana!).
